Custom & Personalized Items — All Sales Final

We put a lot of love (and your memories) into every custom piece we create — which means once it's made, it's made for you. Because personalized items are produced specifically to your order, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom products.

We get it — "no refunds" sounds a little harsh. But think of it this way: your one-of-a-kind lake house print isn't exactly flying off anyone else's shelf. 😉

To avoid any surprises:

• Double-check your photo quality and spelling before submitting
• Review your proof carefully (if applicable)
• Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout
